From the BBC website – Badminton Cancelled
Heavy rain forces cancellation of Badminton Horse Trials
The Badminton Horse Trials have been cancelled due to heavy rain.
The trials, which were due to run from Thursday to next Monday, would have served as an important trial event for the London Olympics but the area is partially flooded.
Event director Hugh Thomas said: “The recent exceptional rainfall has left the ground at Badminton totally waterlogged and partially flooded.
“Further rain is due this week leaving no chance of the ground drying out.”

National Area Team Qualifier
Hi the national teams qualifier for the South West team competition will take place at Bicton Arena on Saturday 23rd June. If you are interested in representing Wiltshire at one of the following heights : 90cm, 1m,1.10m or 1.15m then please let either Karen Punter or myself know.
